How to Order a Photograph

CCHS Reproduction Service offers for sale quality reproductions for research, publication and commercial uses. All work is done in-house by CCHS staff and authorized lab personnel.

Please read the CCHS Reproduction Policy Statement, Reproduction Fees, and Publication and Commercial Use Fee schedules carefully before ordering your reproduction. CCHS accepts photo orders in-person, by mail, email, telephone or FAX. All orders must be prepaid by check, cash, Mastercard or Visa for the work to begin. Once the payment is received, it will take 1 - 2 weeks to process orders for digital prints and 4 to 6 weeks for true photographic reproductions. All Rush orders add 50% to the reproduction fees. Add $3.00 for shipping 8 x 10 prints. Request a quote for shipping larger reproductions. You may place an order by using the Order Form on this page.

The first step is to identify the photo you wish to purchase. Please include photo call number or negative number. If you do not have the item number, please include a photocopy of the item with your order. If you have not yet referenced the photo you seek, check the collections holdings section of the photo archives page.
